The dynamic one would be actually modyfing the Template itself, or?

Hi there...
I´m starting to post a blog, and I chose the "Joshua" Template...
I tweaked it a bit, but now I want to add a Navbar.
Anyone can explain how to do that?
I only have very basic knowledge of css and php, so I´d need idiotproof advice

Ich habe leider ein kleines Problem mit meinem Blog...
Der Blog laueft beim Freehoster kilu.de auf S9 Y1.3.1, was aber wohl nicht das Problem ist.
Ich will meinen Blog als RSS exportieren, um ihn dann als Email ueber SendMeRSS zu verschicken, aber nach mehreren Stunden nach dem Eintrag kam nix.
