Captcha bug solved!

Another issue that I came up upon though is this:

When I want to save configuration settings I get this error page:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete ...

My captcha's aren't displaying.

I tried a lot of things to solve this but still no succes.

Somehow this URL shows when I choose to display the image that won't show:
