Well, it's been a couple of days since the install and all seems to be okay now. I have absolutely no idea what was going on there for a couple of days. Maybe a database glitch?

Yep! That's exactly what was happening. Today, however, it seems to be working okay. I have no idea what the heck was going on.

I'll do some testing over the next couple of days to ensure it's working okay.

i was able to install the even plugin but i'm just not sure how to use it. i would like to include it in the sidebar so a visitor to the site can click on it, enter some info, and then send it off to me. currently, i have it configured to to send the comment/contact info to my email ...

the website that i spotted it on was up in the corner and allowed the author of the blog to tell a little bit about him/herself.

I visited a Serendipity site that was utilizing an "About Me" plugin. I can't seem to find the plugin in the admin panel. Am I just missing it?
