I'm trying out a new workflow from my Mac by FTP-ing images to my host directly from my photo manager (Aperture 1.5).

Got the images there via FTP, no problem, permissions are ok on the jpgs on the host side (rw,r,r)... but when I create a new blog entry and try to add the file it does not show up ...
