I got the plugin runs now. I had a typo when creating the Services directory under bundled-libs. Anyway, thank you very much for your help. You're alway my idol.

I did put the Weather.php file under the bundled-libs/Services directory. But the same message still exists.

I do not have SSH account at my Linux hosting machine, is there any alternative way to install the service. Please kindly advise. Thank you.
