I can't seem to isolate it to a single theme or code version. It has been consistent with Win XP though. Perhaps the result of one of the many security updates for IE. ... The only thing that comes to mind is that there is some difference between the way IE and Mozilla based browsers process CSS. I'm looking up alternative code to load the index.php into a frame and see if it makes any difference. Thanks for taking a look though.
