I've have 3 people now tell me that they are unable to leave comments on my blog. When you try to add a page comes up saying "Connection refusedConnection refused"

When I tested the comments not logged in as an admin it comes up the the error, but when I was logged in, it allowed the comment.

can i just drag and drop the new header i designed into the folder where this is located?http://www.jenstewartphotography.com/blog/templates/andreas00/img/front.jpg and just name the new header front.jpg? Instead of going into all the code. I have filezilla so if this would be ok then I can do that.

but how to i access the style.css? is it in the login screen? I am just so lost to how to do this.
