It was a hoax.
I checked with Goolgle webmastertools and the site is fine.

I was fooled, cause there were no attachments and the links were "real" links to the Google websites.
So, I have no idea was the point of this should be...

I just an e-mail from google that one of my websites is excluded from the index because of illegal SEO practices. part of the email (sorry in German):

Well before re-installing the whole thing I decided to delete the plugin from the database - and it worked! No more problems!
Just more work to make it look nice.

The checkbox thing didn't work.
Thought of messing with the database - but to be safe,
I think I will just reinstall the whole thing, since its fairly new.
And next time I will read the README file first :oops:
