I'm configured for native charset. (with UTF-8 charset all entries don't appears correctly)

I'm using Link List V1.6 and I have problem when I'm using Greek fonts (enconding Greek windows-1253 or Greek ISO 8859-7). Links and Categories appears with ??????????? insted of greek letters.
