Nevermind found the plugin file

I went to the page you suggested. http://s9y.org/29.html and i see no user registration plug in.

i have tried changing all the permissions from my control panel. I gave it full control to write. is there a better place to download it?

I am getting an error when trying to download the user registration plugin.

I need to make the front page of admin text larger. specifically the navigation on the left. Is there a way to modify the css for that page?
