Publish option missing?

I've had something weird happen where my publish option is now missing. I can save entries as Draft but not publish them. Where in the database or php files would I find this so I can fix it?

Shoutout and Spam

Sigh.

It's getting frustrating. I've recently cleaned up a whack (well over 100) postings of poker spam on my Shoutout box. I'd like to keep it there but don't want to spend time re-cleaning it every couple of days. Is there any intention of including the Spamprotector with the Shoutout option?

Or ...

Bug for BBCode and newline BR tags

I recently updated (as of today) the CVS version of the blog and to my dismay discovered that the plugins for enabling BBCode and newline BR tags didn't seem to be working. I decided to check multiple browsers just in case one might have had caching issues but it repeated all the way through.

Has ...

Permissions work like this: rwxrwxrwx. The first three rwx (read/write/execute) apply to the user that owns the directory. The second three rwx apply to the primary group that the user is a member of (it's commonly "users" but could be something else). The last rwx applies to the "rest of the world ...

PHP Bugs seems to have reference to it in earlier versions (4.3.3) so I'd hazard to guess that the error is continuing through to PHP 5

And if I were you, I'd send a complain to mosel.com. They are a german town/city/community council and shouldn't be doing such nasty things to your site.
I would but the address that doing it (211.152.14.95) traces to China. So I'm not even sure if it was done with their knowledge.

* only count referrers from a single host one per 30 minutes or so (configurable?)
How specifically? I've looked through the admin panel and can't seem to find it. And I've added them to the list of referrers not to be listed but it's still there.

Top referrers?

Hrmm... I've run into something that I'm not sure if it's a bug or perhaps I need to finish configuring something. I noticed that someone managed to put a specific website (not referred to in any of the posts) on the top referrers (they appeared after a single night at 50 in the Top Referrers list ...
