I can upload images and view in media library.

When I try to insert into new entry I can't, The first window 'select file to insert' is no problem, however when the second window 'You chose ...' I click the 'done' button and nothing happens..
The image size is 100-200kb.

I'm using 0.8.3 any ideas ...
